CCBE Series Bucket Elevator ( powder conveyor )

1, Working principle:
CCBE Vertical bucket elevator consist of running part (traction tape with hopper), the upper section with driving roller, the lower section with a tension roller, intermediate casing, drives, check brakes etc. It is used for conveying powder, granular and small block of non-abrasive and semi-abrasive bulk materials (bulk density <1.5t / m3), such as coal, sand, coke, cement, crushed stone etc. The temperature of transported material shall not exceed 60ºC, the temperature does not exceed 200ºC if use heat-resistant rubber belt. To meet various requirements, this machine can be equipped with four kinds hoppers: Q-type (shallow bucket), H type (arc bottom bucket), Zd type (medium deep bucket) and Sd type (deep bucket); Transmission unit can be installed on the left and on the right.
